add a Day Browser Zoom Setting "(Scale down to fit)"

I only capture the active window. This can be anything from a small dropdown menu to a multi-monitor RDP session. The latter wouldn't fit into the day browser at 100% zoom but the former would be a little too "in-the-face" with the current "(To Fit)"-setting. I therefore suggest adding a zoom setting that only scales down to fit but never zooms up.

        Or worded slightly less awkwardly: If the original image fits inside the day browser window, don't do anything. If it's larger, then scale it down to fit.
